Quicklinks -
galvanised | bright drawn/phosphated | coppered
Long version: Quicklink wires made from high-tensile steel (1,600–1,800 N/mm²), with elongation < 5.0%, available in small bundles (125–150 pieces) stacked to large bundles, securely strapped with steel straps.
Rolled version: Small bundles (25–36 pieces), packed in large cartons on EUR pallets.
As part of our extensive, market-oriented product range, quicklink wires highlight our expertise as a partner for high-quality baling solutions.
The unique design of the quicklinks heads allows for easy interlocking without knotting. When the press is released, the compressed material expands, tightening the wires.
Manufactured from high tensile steel, these wires are highly resistant to extreme tension, making them ideal for compacting tyres or other highly expansive materials.
Applications: From supermarkets and occasional baling press users to major tyre recyclers and cotton manufacturers.
